"Pool metal ladder was not safe to go in or out the slope of the ladder should be by angle of 45 degree not straight 90 degree because people coming out should not climb the ladder it’s not safe they should go out smoothly and easily Thank you "

"Just returned from an 8 day all inclusive family vacation with grandchildren aged 8,10 12 years. Perfect weather, beautiful resort property. Kids were very comfortable using all amenities by themselves. 3 meals in restaurants for adults were very good. Staff were excellent from check in till checkout 😎"

"Everything was great!! My only complaint and it's not really a complaint was we only had our room cleaned once in 5 days because she always came around 5pm and we were resting or getting ready for dinner. We would just swap towels and all was good. "
