"Clean, dated room. Firm beds, on the uncomfortable side. Downside is the bathrooms, stained tile, over caulked (about 2 in wide), over painted door frames, and shower curtains. Great location, near restaurants and grocery stores, but the boulevard does get loud (traffic). Friendly staff. Remodeled bathrooms are only in single king bedrooms. Definitely needs an overhaul and renovation. Pool and patio are clean. "

"It was a clean hotel, however we had borrow scent spray for our room. They brought clean towels quickly. Just thought breakfast would be a little bit more things to choose from, other than that I liked the location and the clean room.parking was a little bit limited, lucky it wasn’t too crowded in parking lot, really appreciate the low parking fee.👏"

"They closed the restaurant literally the day before we arrived and we had no notice. They were still sending invites to breakfast and dinner. The other thing the pool is across the street at another hotel they own. We were only going to Universal Studios and are seniors, but if you had kids it might matter to you. Very convenient to Universal and the hotel was very nice. NO bar service either, and we thought we would relax in there."

"When arrived on location to check in they charged my card for early check in 65 and parking 50 for 2 nights. Then they changed my room 2 times do to not having communicated with housekeeping about early check in.. "
