Hotel parking is operated by a third party, and the parking rates are pretty comparable to many other hotels in the downtown San Diego area. It was surprising to read you did not enjoy the complimentary breakfast. Our breakfast offers more of an expanded selection compared to many others in our brand. This is not common feedback that we receive regarding our hotel breakfast.We look forward to your future stays with our hotel.

Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations.We see from your reservation history that on arrival you were offered a complimentary room upgrade from the standard king room to our two-bedroom suite, and it was not an enjoyable experience for you. This is not common feedback that we receive about our hotel. Our hotel is scheduled for a renovation towards the end of the year in preparation for 2024. We sincerely hope that should you be in the area after the renovation, you would once again consider our hotel and enjoy our new product. The Harbor and Sky bar is a great addition to our hotel, and certainly unique to our brand of hotels. During the wintertime, while our hours may be limited, our guests are able to enjoy the convenience of in-room dining, relaxing by the warm fire pits while enjoying the great sunset views from the fifth floor of the San Diego Bay and Coronado Island.
