"The property is very centrally located for shopping; however, my stay was just okay. While the staff was friendly and attempted to address each issue, these nuances caused me to lower my score. We had to make a number of trips to the front desk: first to change the room due to the comfort of the bed and external noise, and then for a shower issue. "We loved the location and our view. We were upgraded to a room on the 8th floor with pool and water view and the sunset was amazing!!! You can either go to sanibel, ft Myers, cape coral or our favorite Lovers Key state park!!!"
