"The air conditioning in the room did not work. We were very uncomfortable overnight. Other than that it was great !"

"Property is in great conditions however, the comfort of the rooms were my issue. The property was in the winter season reason why the heater was on I called the reception to ask to switch to AC because it was hot in my room, my face was red and my blood pressure was going down, I was told to open the window and turn off the heater in my room but no fresh air was coming through my window anyways. I did that and even though my room was still hot. Later at night went down to the reception one more time and I asked about getting in fan for my room and was told they didn’t have anything available for me. It is for that reason that my night was awful, couldn’t rest at all and woke up completely wet in my bed sweating. For this hotel and the great conditions the property has, they should change to AC mode even though they are in winter season based on the weather outside, that way the tourist doesn’t have those bad moment specially at night. Sometimes for the change and even though it’s winter and be very hot."

"Staff were superb. Breakfast was beyond expectation. The hotel was spotless and my room was great. It was in the PERFECT spot (several of the processions stopped directly in front). I was traveling solo and felt very safe in the area (and, honestly, everywhere I went). If you are on the fence, do it!"

"It was actually my first time traveling by myself without my parents and everyone made everything as smooth as possible. Very nice people genuine I will definitely consider on staying here again."
