"I have booked over a hundred stays just on this app and never had such a poor experience. Be aware they will lie and try to charge you twice, add on additional fees and finally try and charge even more additional fees on their end. While the facility itself is okay, the host is a nightmare "

"Showed up and couldn’t park in driveway due to snow or walk to front door due to snow. No shovel on property. Had to borrow one from neighbors. Hot in was cold and wouldn’t warm up. 2 microwaves and neither worked. "
