"The service was great from the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly Reynaldo. Margot at the front desk was just as welcoming and helpful as we checked in. The food at all of the restaurants were delicious with good-size portions. "The staff were amazing here!! Everyone was so eager to please and very kind. They made you feel like you belong there. I mentioned it was my boyfriend’s birthday briefly and they made sure he felt celebrated and special! The poolside bartender Roney was so welcoming and made the best drinks. Everyone else from housekeeping, servers, cafe staff, to front desk had superior service. That is rare these days let me tell you!
