Staff were professional and were helpful. They answered all of my questions about luggage delivery service. Which is a plus to be able to drop off at the lobby for delivery to your next location."

"I can’t find a single point of complaint of this hotel. Staff are extremely helpful even if you can’t speak fluent Japanese. Room is clean, amenities are great (WiFi, free water, inexpensive laundry machines, free coffee and tea, and etc). The location is great, drug/convenient store just right next to the hotel, 3 mins walking to Yokohama station, 5 minutes walk to shopping centers and malls. Not to mention all the nearby restaurants."
