"A true Gem."

"The Bof Hotel Business is my go-to hotel in Istanbul. The price is excellent for such a nice, spacious room, and the staff, especially Deniz Bey, are always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The hotel is in a central location, easy to reach, and close to several good restaurants. It is also only about 10–15 minutes from the Metrogarden and Buyaka shopping centers. The rooms are always spotless and very spacious. The room service is tasty, affordable, and convenient. The breakfast is also excellent for the price you pay — always fresh, with a great variety of vegetables and fruits. I always have a great experience here and will definitely keep coming back whenever I’m in Istanbul."

"Noisy room mates and street - but otherwise, good"

"I had surgery and specifically requested a non smoking room prior to check in. Upon arriving to my room, it smelt like cigarette - so the front desk accommodated a room change. The second room also smelt heavily of smoke, and upon requesting for the third time a non-smoking room, I was told the best they can do is to “spray the carpet”. Due to complications second hand smoke can have on bleeding and other surgical risks, I couldn’t even stay my first night. I had to check out within a few hours and the hotel is refusing to provide a refund, even though it was for legitimate medical reasons. They are saying I “refused” a room change, however, it would’ve been my third time changing rooms. At that point is what made clear, no matter which room they put me in, it’s simply not a smoke free hotel, and a “non smoking room” was wrongfully advertised. I am now out $400 and they refuse to refund me. "

"When i get there with my car , i have been told that i have to park my car somewhere in on of the street and come back for check in , while there was a rain outside, thanks one of the staff let me park my car some place arround hotel , thanks to her that she manage . "

"Parking is convenient. Rooms are quite comfortable. Kofteci Yusuf nearby is a good option"

"Had giving me a bad room. The socket did not work. Complained about the bad room but had to pay extra for new room."

"Konum olarak alışveriş merkezine toplu taşıma noktalarına yakın. Odalar çok iyi dekore edilmiş ve çok ferah genişti . Temizlik ile alakalı sorun yaşamadık. İlgili davrandılar , gayet memnun kaldık."
