"This hotel was so great. They are well equipped and friendly. I stayed 4 nights and it was great. The lobby and dining are and basically everything is organized and clean. The king size bed room I had was spacious with great amenities. They have ice machines everywhere, nice and clean fitness center, indoor swimming pool, free parking on premises. Breakfast was good. I had good time and the staff was nice and friendly. "

"The rooms were very clean. Beds and pillows were very nice and comfortable. It is an older property and the hallways could use some updating. The Coffee Shop and Buffet are not like they used to be. It was ome of the nicest places to eat at one time, with alot of options for good old fasioned dinners. There was not much to choose from unless you wanted burgers or sandwiches. The dinner choices were either Steak or Prime Rib but only on weekends. The buffet for weekdays for breakfast was just pastries and cereals. You could get scrambled eggs but mainly just what you would expect at hotels who include breakfast. The price of $27.00 for cereal and pastries was a bit high. We made our decision to stay there based on there delicious buffet the way it used to be. Perhaps the buffet at the Grand Hotel would have been better. All in all it was a nice stay and the staff was very pleasant. I would stay there again. "

"Excellent customer service. They are really helpful with any questions or any needs I had. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utah SLC. Near the airport. They Always had someone at the desk unlike other hotels ive been to. Thank y’all for the hospitality. Will visit again. "

"The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my airport shuttle schedule. Although the regular departures are only on the hour, like 5:00 or 6:00 a.m., they kindly arranged a special pickup at 5:30 a.m. for me. I really appreciated their flexibility and excellent service!"

"Hotel is an excellent value for money. Breakfast was very good and it was nice that there were some item changes each day. Pool and hot tub were nice but the chlorene was a bit strong. It was good that is was open until 11pm. Room was big and comfortable. Price is very good for area. Overall very pleased. "
