"We arrived early at the hotel. Reception were very friendly and welcoming. Asked if we were celebrating anything special, it was my birthday. Received complimentary drink of my choice. We hadn't visited the area before and the staff explained how to get to the various points of interest in the area. We had the Cornonation Streeet tour booked and that was in easy walking distance and so was the Man United statium. The location was perfect to local bars and shopping centre. Breakfast at the hotel was good. The lobby area had comfortable seating and was clean and tidy. The bed was lovely and big and comfortable. Overall a perfect stay and would not hesitate to book again. Thank you to the staff. "

"The hotel has everything you need for a city stay. Reception looked great and smells amazing. Studio apartment big with plenty of room, could have fitted more than 2 in the room. Had pretty much everything you need for a short stay, could eat in with no issues. Pool was clean and completely empty when I went. Pillows in the room were the worst pillows I have ever seen in a hotel, were like a sheet or paper. The train line that runs down the side, although not that frequent it was actually very audible in the room on the 13th floor. The aircon was substandard for the size of the room/hotel - would have been better to leave the freezer door open. Mattress was very firm, too firm for my liking but that’s just a personal preference. That being said I would definitely book again, will just need to avoid the extreme hot months and bring my own pillow "
