"It was a lovely stay. The area is quiet and close (5-10 minutes walk) to Brooklands tram stop and a few minutes walk from shops and cafes. The area is also safe at night. The hotel owner/manager/staff are extremely friendly and kind and generous. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The shower was good and spacious. The staff were professional, helpful and made our stay even more special.The restaurant and bar was warm and welcoming and again the service was fabulous. We checked out after a 2 night stay on a very busy match day, being able to store our luggage until after the match was fantastic making the whole experience first class"

"We had a very nice stay. The room was clean and very well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the area fairly quiet. It’s a short walk into town, so very conveniently positioned. The staff were very helpful and responsive, even agreeing to a late check out at short notice which was much appreciated. I would certainly stay here again and I recommend it to others."

"Lovely hotel, nice and clean. Room spacious and more than adequate. My only grip would be that there was no mirror near the plug so really hard for a woman to be able to blow dry/style their hair. Staff very nice and super friendly. Good location with just a 2 mins walk to the tram"
