Generally a nice place to stay. Clean and generally helpful staff. Gym was a waste of time as half the equiptment not functional. Jacuzzi and sauna lovely except no heat in the jacuzzi. Air conditioning in the rooms seemed to have a restricted lower temp of 24! So we were hot at night!

Hotel was very poorly organised, staff were not connected. Pool was ridiculously busy with nobody paying attention to the guidance. If I was a health officer I would have closed the pool! Breakfast was a disgrace and to top it off they double charged my deposit rendering my card useless-not a great experience

Deceiving.....When I booked , the website said that they had a shuttle available from the airport when we got there there was no shuttle because of this, it cost us 28 € to go to the hotel and it cost us 42 € to go back to the airport . I did not plan for such extra expenditures . I choose the hotel for the price , had I known about the lack of the shuttle, I would have chosen near the airport

We provide our customers with equipment such as SPA, fitness room, billiards, etc.

The front desk staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Due to the strike the next day, they offered to arrange a taxi for me. The room was clean, new, and very comfortable. For a last minute pick, I was very glad to find such nice accommodations and management should be proud that they have such professional, nice staff.

The property was located close to Parc Asterix It was clean, the rooms were large enough for 2-4 people.
The staff were friendly and covered all of our needs.
The outside pool was heated to a good temperature. There was an indoor jacuzzi (lovely temp) and sauna (which we did not use)
A stunning modern pool table in the foyer.
Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold choices with enough to please all.
A most enjoyable 2 night stay.

Thank you for your opinion. Our hotel is located 15 minutes from CDG airport and 30 km from Paris. We don't have the noise of the city, but the quietness of the countryside just minutes away from the strategic places. We have many restaurants accessible by walking.

There was a major problem when checking out after 3 nights-2 nights booked well in advance and 1 extra night after our flight was cancelled but still booked and paid prior to going for a month to Europe. I had booked in advance and paid in full through hotels.com. Upon check out I was told I owed 80 euros for staying there on Thursday night. I provided proof of all my payments to this hotel for 3 nights as I always carry copies of the receipts. The front desk still continued to argue with me and said it must have been for breakfast then. We never eat breakfast! It was ridiculous the staff seemed determined to charge me even though I proved I had already paid everything except the city tax. I gave them 7.50 euros for the city tax and told them I was not paying anything more. I had also booked two seperate bookings as indicated and I requested prior to travelling to Europe that I wanted to stay in the same room for all 3 nights as Europe is famous for making you check out at noon and check back in at 4pm. On day 3 we were told we had to check out and check back in, I refused to do that as upon checkin I confirmed with the staff that I could stay in the same room for all 3 nights. In Canada, that is not something they do at hotels you can stay in the same room and not be forced to move as that is inconvenient to the guests! Also, my hotels.com booking said check in time was 2 pm we arrived at the hotel at just before 4pm and we were told our room was not ready for 20 mins. Craz

Of course, you can stay in the same room from the beginning to the end of your reservation. Our customers pay the city taxes as it is obligatory, 1.25euros per day and per adult. Finally, if breakfast is not included and you do not eat it, you do not pay it.
