"The evening front desk was very rude. I had called and questioned the person if they charged for dog's? She asked about what kind...and how large he was. After I informed her he was 5lbs...I got the okay and the online says they allowed dog's...it DOES NOT say SERVICE DOG'S ONLY... So the charge was more than the room but i had no other choice but to pay it ...it was already dark and the surrounding area was definitely not where I wanted to go searching for another room. "Some of the doors don’t close. Customer Sevice is just OK. If you book for four people don’t expect to find pillows or towels for the other 2 people. You actually have to request them and they’re not always available. Good luck "

"The rooms need upgrading. The walls are dirty. The hot water doesn't get hot. The shower leaks. The carpet in the rooms are dirty. I just expected more. I am very big on CLEAN. This location just didn't meet the standards. The Baymeadows location I love."

"I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. "

"There was no hot water in the shower. It got warm enough to shower but never more than barely above tepid. Most breakfast items were fresh but the sausage patties were dry and hard. The cleaning staff was always friendly but the front desk staff seemed more interrupted than eager to help/check-in. The property was clean but noisy. We had a king suite and the room itself was great. For the location and price, we would stay again and just make sure we had hot water next time. "
