The staff was polite and welcoming; however, the condition of the property was very disappointing.
The first room had a noticeable mold odor, requiring a room change. The second room had dirty walls, what appeared to be bodily fluids on the curtains, and mold in the bathroom. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness standards.
Additionally, extra towels were unavailable due to laundry delays. At breakfast, the juice machine was out of order and milk was the only beverage option. Being lactose intolerant, this left me without a drink. I was informed orange juice would be provided, but later told there was none, though beverages were available for purchase.
Overall, the experience did not reflect the rate paid for the stay. I would encourage management to address these issues promptly, as they significantly impacted the quality of my visit.
