"Nice price for a room"

"Good hotel nice breakfast"

"Spiders and other small insects in the room. Cobwebs were awful. Very tight space. Bathroom was cramped."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was well located. The room was clean and comfy. The leisure area could use some improvement. The elevators were a bit bumpy, but were scheduled for maintenance to address that issue."

"Greatly located on top of the hill with a full view on Clermont Ferrand. Nice and relaxing place"

"Good Kyriad hotel. Excellent restaurant"

"Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."

"Great accommodation and element value for money. Clean, comfortable and easy climate controls. Road network outside was a little confusing but otherwise a great location."

"Tout était très bien 👍"

"Good hotel in a great location. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast."

"Great location, clean room. Need a non-slip mat for the bathtub-shower."

"The check-in staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable, plenty of storage space and there was a desk with a chair - useful for working. The hotel is at the eastern end of the main street so it is a stroll to the shops and restaurants - of which there are many. Altogether a good place to stay when visiting La Bourboule."

"Good place to stay. Nothing negative"

"Perfect overnight stop nice and quiet"

"Very efficient and great location in the center of the city."

"Really quiet apartment close to the Rugby Stadium. Staff were excellent and transport links into to city centre were just outside. Would stay here again. "
