An ok stay for one night. Rooms quite basic but clean. No pans to cook things in the oven but otherwise kitchen well equipped.

Spacious accommodation, clean, could do with a bit of tlc , but for 2 night stay in way to Spain ideal. Location was excellent 2 minutes from peage station 15 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand city ; Aldi and Lidl 5 minutes

Insufficient cleaning and bugs!

We arrived very late at the hotel. Fortunately, we already called the hotel evaluering the day, otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to enter. Once there, the apartments were ok, but cleaning was horrible. There were numerous stains on mattresses, hair and dirt under linen and mattresses, hair and dirt on floors. Worst of all, we found a crawling bed bug and evacuated right away to sleep in our car instead!

They need to make sure they either send of it the text message or alert they don’t have a mobile number - we got to the gate after reception closed and there is no way of contacting anyone - we had to find alternate accommodation late at night as there was no way to gain access. This needs to be highlighted or in bold or something that stands out

Draps housse en plastique peu résistant au mouvement dans le lit et se déchirant facilement. Manque de vaisselle même pour 2 . On pourrait déplorer également la présence d un four ( même mini) pour pouvoir varié les plats .

Grand appartement avec beaucoup de place tres bien equipe. On peit clairement y vivre au quotidien. Il n'est pas de toite 1ere jeunesse mais tres agreable, avec in parkong au pied de l'appartement et l'accueol par in dame tres sympathique

Arrivée tardive très bien organisée. Le personnel est très sympathique et efficace. Cest la deuxième fois que nous venons et sommes aussi satisfaits. Les logements sont grands et bien pensés, la literie est très bien. L'établissement est bien situé pour les courts séjours: proche de l'autoroute sans les nuisances. On peut reproché cependant une vétusté des équipements (robinetterie, ameublement, chauffage)
