"The room i reserved is not what I got. I reserved a queen bed and a pull out couch arrived and there was only a bed. They advertise fast wifi in every room there was no wifi at all."

"The place was nothing like it was advertised as, and can only be reached via unnerving stretch of mountain roads (particularly Section road); and I thank Hotels.com for reimbursing me the prepaid charge for the one night stay.
