"My stay at the Morgan was not one I loved nor will I stay there again. When we first arrived Iris was condescending and wasn’t pleasant at all. Upon entrance into the room yellow liquid was in the shower which shows it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The keurig in our room wasn’t working. I requested tea which was never given to me. The stay was not pleasant. Overpriced and under luxury. The amount you pay the staff could do a better job at making you feel welcomed."

"I got the all inclusive package which was semi inclusive instead. I had to sign receipts every meal, every drink, every snack. The point of all inclusive is to not have any worries of what’s included or not. We had ants in our bed and was told by an employee at the desk that’s Carribean they are everywhere. Ma’am I didn’t pay to sleep on ants or with ants. They changed our room. Still ants in one small restroom. We just stayed in one room and one bathroom. Some staff was rude. I heard a few...

"Everyone was friendly and happy to help, making sure we have everything we need, even on the beach. The included breakfast was amazing with a beautiful view of course. One thing to note was that most shops on the boardwalk close down around 5, so if you’re not eating dinner at the on site restaurant (which was very good) be prepared to go out of area for it. All in all it was an amazing property and I would recommend!"

"This property was located in the heart of shopping, restaurants, beaches and local bus transportation; the buses is routed from the French side to Dutch side of the island. Customer service was great. On the other-hand, there was flashes coming from the ceiling light randomly in the room.,"
