Feedback: the bed in the master room was very comfortable but sooo high I had to literally jump onto it and slide off, I am of average height, and the taps in the showers were really stiff and hard to use, apart from that everything else was great. "Absolutely wonderful stay the location is perfect the apartment is spotless All you need The pillows were quite hard for us so we bought two new ones but this is personal preference but if you like a soft pillow take your own or perhaps the owners could supply them so you have a choice The internet went off so the tv was limited but the weather was windy maybe this had something to do with it But out of 10 we rate the stay 8 "

"Property was really nice, spacious and well equipped with great quality appliances and total of 3 toilets. Hard to fault. Only advice would be to take a sleep mask as although good quality fitted blinds in the bedroom they do let sunlight through in the morning. Lovely stay and not far from Deansgate and nice bars and restaurants. "

"The access to the apartment on check in was very confusing and we had to provide a security deposit outside of Expedia, at a location off-site. Felt very suspicious. Stovetop electrical did not work with main power switch. All the switches need to be labeled- the fridge was accidentally turned off by someone in my party trying to find light switches. "

"i booked a standard king bed.however,they use 2 single beds put together.and this causes discomfort because there is a hole in the middle of the bed.an ordinary hotel and should not get 4 stars.housekeeping is not clean.the room still has trash on it floor."
