Everything was clean and in good order while we were there, and the owners are very helpful and responsive. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was great to be able to make our own meals some of the time to avoid joining the crowds in town. It was a beautiful and remote location, with great views. "Plus points were the seafront view, private pool and good service by the housekeeper Ching, driver Pong and the chefs which prepared a fantastic meal. Negatives were the slightly old condition of the villa, basic kitchen facilities and audio system, slightly dirty interior. Found a dead cockroach on a ledge in 1 of the bedrooms and removed it myself. "
