"The manager was on property and would always ask if everything was okay each time he saw you. I felt he genuinely cared about his guests experience. However the staff communication through Line was hit or miss. The property was older but well maintained. The property was away from Ao Nang Beach but offered a free shuttle there where there was plenty of shopping and restaurants. We had a private pool villa. The pool was great. "We've returned from a 12 night stay at Alisea Pool Villas and cannot recommend it enough. We had a 3 bed pool villa for a family of 4. It was spacious, the gardens and surrounding area is beautiful and the pool was fantastic. We ordered a couple of meals, breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent. But it was really the staff who made it for us. They were so helpful, arranging boat trips, quad biking and making recommendations. We used the hotel taxi down to Ao Nang a couple of times...

"The suites and pool are pretty nice. Great view. Friendly staff. Room service was good. The property was dated. A little dirty. Don’t plan on walking, on a huge hill. They have a shuttle, helps. Took tooks can bring you back up the hill."
