Absolutely gorgeous and amazing stay at Phulay Bay. The grounds, the design, the spacious rooms (with amazing bathroom suites) are all amazing, but it's the service that puts it over the top. Our personal butler, Khun Aea, tended to our every need before we even asked, and took such good care of us. Every single member of the staff goes out of their way to give the guests a perfect stay.

Amazing!

Wow! Probably the best service of any hotel I’ve stayed at. Angela, our butler, was extremely attentive and the other staff we met in the resort were very helpful and friendly (special call out for Lif). Rooms were spacious and beautiful, which great ocean views. Restaurants had great food. Would highly recommend a stay here.

The world’s best hotel and best service team. They truly define what uber luxury service and genuine care means. We have been returning annually to this and only this hotel for the past 11 years and will continue to do so for as long as possible. They have always treated us as welcomed family members and have never spared any thing less than the best and most perfect for us. Wow what can I say. First 5 star hotel, as noted with different reviews/stories, we did have a personal butler who helped arrange activities, dining, etc. made the experience so much easier. Of course, the staff was wonderful. Food was exceptional. No beach on property but still very luxurious and resort like. Finally, informed the hotel of our honeymoon stay and got a room upgrade and some other perks. Overall, 10/10, highly recommend this place!

10 stars! Wow what an experience! Customer service beyond anything I’ve seen. We arrived by a speed boat and were greeted by banquet Director, iced tea, towels etc. Our beach villa had a private pool, amazing amenities. We had personal butler Khun Yid, and he was beyond amazing. Everything customized with what’s up text service where you can ask for anything and team just makes it happen. Resort is incredible, spa was amazing, pool with swim up bar, restaurants, kids play room and more! Lots of complimentary activities (we did sunrise hike and visited small island) will definitely will be coming back

Wowed by the property! Our room had double king bed!!! I’ve never seen this in my life! We had a “standard” room I didn’t expected to have a suite, it had patio, jacuzzi, showers, walk in closets and more! We had private butler Khun Esther and she was beyond amazing, easy contact with what’s up text service made it so cool and accessible. Hotel service was beyond you will ever experience. It doesn’t have walking distance shopping around but we did go to the night market which was organized by out butler as well. Highly recommend this hotel it worth every dollar and more!

This resort is amazing and was the best part of our Thailand vacation. The property is beautiful and serine and was truly relaxing. The service is top notch and Jean took excellent care of us. If you get the opportunity to go to Krabi, do not hesitate to stay here, you will not regret.

Hands down best hotel in Krabi and Phuket

Rarely do you call anything Ritz-related value for money, but this place is really unique. And extreme value for money compared to other 5-stars resorts in Krabi. Food is great, service is world class, the spa is amazing and the best options are the cheapest rooms - which are our favorite - and also the smaller beach villas. They have better location and feeling than the more expensive ones.

Absolutely outstanding service- nothing is too much trouble and everything is set up to ensure that one is completely satisfied with every aspect of one’s experience. If you’re looking for quiet, a beautiful room and property, great staff, and close (free) proximity to Hong Island, this is definitely the hotel for you. No matter what, you will have a guaranteed amazing stay. Your personal butler and the staff are so helpful and kind, they anticipate your needs before you do. The room is TO DIE FOR…as a bath tub connoisseur, I have to say this one takes the cake. It is much more of a romantic property than a party or social one, so if you’re looking for that type of experience, either bring the party with you or stay closer to the main part of the city. We were a solid 20-30 min outside of Ao Nong or downtown Krabi, but you can catch a taxi for 4-500 Bhat and catch a Tuk tuk back no problem. We also outsourced our activities through trip advisor and went ATV and zip lining but the staff was super helpful in contacting the agents themselves and reserving our appointments. They really are there to help you have the best stay possible. Hong Island is to die for- and is free with the hotel. The actual beach attached to the property is not ideal for laying out as its rocky but the pool makes up for it and so does the easy access to the surrounding beaches and islands. Lastly, book an extra day than you anticipate. You’re going to want a day to lounge outside of exploring and not just on the last day of the trip. Oh lastly, the spa is pretty great and so is the breakfast buffet!. Enjoy!
