"I had a truly fabulous stay at St. James Court, A Taj Hotel and felt genuinely treated like a queen from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and consistently went above and beyond to make my stay special. The location is prime. It is central, convenient, and perfect for exploring London, yet still feels peaceful and tucked away. My room was clean, modern, and spacious, offering a wonderful place to relax after a day out. Dining was a highlight of my stay. The Kona Midsummer Night’s Dream Afternoon Tea was enchanting, creative, and beautifully presented, with plenty of thoughtful vegetarian options. Lunch at House of Ming was equally impressive, innovative, flavorful, and a real treat. As a vegetarian, I truly appreciated the variety and creativity across the menus. The courtyard deserves special mention. It is absolutely stunning and feels like something out of a dream. A rare and beautiful oasis in the heart of the city. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and a truly memorable London stay."

"The room was clean and quiet, and the location was very good. The only important issue for me was the very limited range of options for people with gluten and lactose intolerance. I believe that many guests have specific dietary needs, yet they pay the same price for breakfast. However, the selection of gluten-free products was very limited. There were some cheeses available, but no alternatives for those who cannot eat cheese made from cow’s milk. I would also suggest placing clear labels next to the food items so that guests can easily see the ingredients and determine whether the products are suitable for them. This does not seem difficult to implement. Otherwise, guests have to ask the staff about each item, for example, whether it contains gluten or cow’s milk. Nowadays, such products are not significantly more expensive than regular ones, and providing a wider selection would be a positive gesture showing that all guests are welcome at breakfast."

"Great service, clean spacious room. The shower door opened only to the inside and therefore for a large person it was very difficult to use. Of course there was a bathtub with a shower attachment, but no screen. Suggestion: either replace the shower door with one that opens to the outside or put a shower screen on the bathtub. "
