"‘Immaculate’ That’s a joke! This property was dreadful, messy and filthy, unsuitable for renting and definitely not appropriate to be advertised on hotels.com. The kitchen was grimy, the oven very dirty, the cooker hood thick with grease. There was old food stuff in several of the cupboards and even chicken left in the freezer!
