"Overall excellent. Very nice to have a fully functional apartment while on vacation. Apartment was very clean and precisely matched the photos. Staff were very responsive via e-mail and whats app, answering all of our questions and addressing concerns very quickly. One thing to bear in mind is that there is a combined washer/dryer in the unit, but it is very slow (~5 hours to wash and dry), but there is a very good laundromat (Laverie Lav Speed) nearby so not really an issue."

"Absolutely loved this hotel and the amenities. While we wanted to eat out for dinner every night we have 2 toddlers so that wasn’t always feasible, so having all the utensils/plates/etc. was so helpful. The staff even had a goody bag for my girls and that was so kind! The view we had of the seine was beautiful and I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone!"

The front desk staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful. Loved the Nespresso machine in our room. The hotel robes and slippers were a nice touch! Would definitely stay there again!!!"

"This hotel had rooms that were beautiful and fully equipped. Japanese style toilets, comfortable beds, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the small internal courtyard (and a skylight looking into the pool area). The pool and jet tub were a godsend after days of traveling the city. If you walk a lot, your ankles will thank you. The breakfast at the restaurant on the ground floor was fantastic, and my wife and I speaking English was not a problem when talking to anyone. (My French really needs work.) The location is also wonderful. The Louvre and Notre Dame are extremely close along with a ton of stores which can be used for anything you forgot to bring with you (I can't believe I forgot my shirts). The neighboring eateries outside the hotel were great, and there are multiple metro stops nearby along with a large underground mall for all your shopping needs. If you want to avoid the mall, the nearby Franprix is also a great convenience store to grab what you need. This location is ideal. I want to come back to Paris, and if I do the Maison Albar at Pont Neuf will be at the top of my list for places to stay."

"We loved our experience at the Ducs de Bourgogne. We loved the staff. We loved the room. We loved the conveniences in the room. We loved the location. After we check in they brought us a plate of macrons and a carafe of water, which they refilled (the water) every day. We loved Marine and Karine. I think we saw Marine more but they both were very helpful. Our niece was at another hotel nearby, and she was jealous of Ducs de Bourgogne."

"The hotel room had some slight issues, the safe didn’t work, the door on the cabinet that housed the fridge had a broken hinge, all minor things. On the plus side, continental breakfast is good, the location is marvellous, just around the corner from the Louvre, and with Notra Dame in walking distance. Ubering was easy and relatively cheap. There are lots of bistros all around the hotel, which is in a lively area. The staff were very good, and taking everything into consideration I would certainly stay again."
