"I would caution about the room allocation. We booked a superior room, as did our friends. Our friends were allocated a high room with a nice view - what I expected when booking judging by the pictures of the room type and from a previous visit. We paid the same price as our friends. We arrived later - at 01.30am after a 12 hour delayed flight. We were allocated a ground floor room without a decent view and with a tiny shower room. We were told at the time of check in that another room might be...

"Beautiful hotel, 1st class amenities, great food, attentive staff in lobby and restaurant. I would give this 5 stars but we had a bag of small items and jewelry we had purchased at gift shops stolen from our room (probably cleaning staff) leaving the experience tainted."

"This was my second stay here. I like the location, which is close to the cathedral, restaurants and the metro. Also large shopping areas are in walking distance. Only negative was there is no food available after the restaurant closed. In other words, no late night room service. Room was nice, clean, and comfortable."

"The hotel was perfectly positioned in the centre. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. We loved the electronic games table in the reception area, near the ‘coffee corner’. Our suite was a great size with everything we needed and was super clean.The breakfast buffet had a great choice of food and drink."
