"We spent three very happy weeks here. Everything is brand new, stylish and very clean. Staff are wonderful and the location cannot be beaten. The only downsides were that our apartment did not have an outlook (just modern buildings across the quiet road) and it’s very expensive, but we would stay again if we found a good rate. "

The room was very clean and had enough natural light. The room size was the only downside, I had the smallest room; when they mention a single room, they really mean it. "

"The bed touching 3 walls was different. We slept with our head by the window so we could get out of bed without bothering each other. Our refrigerator did not work.other than that we loved it!. The location was perfect! We did not eat breakfast at the hotel."

"We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. We arrived early and although our room wasn’t ready, the staff made an effort to call us as soon as it was. We were then lucky enough to be upgraded to an enormous suite which had complimentary mini bar, huge queen size bed etc. The location was great for a central base in Chelsea and we also tried breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was was also highly rated. Staff were great - only a minor couple of hiccups where they accidentally double charged us for...
