"The location is in a quiet square on the cusp of the museums area. Parking in the road is available. There are some places to eat but rather more a good walk away. Thus the flexibilities of having an evening meal in the hotel are welcome. We ate here twice and enjoyed both meals. Our room was modernised but the bathroom was old school. "The inside of the hotel is far nicer than it looks from the outside. We booked a dog friendly family room. The room was clean, the beds comfy. The bathroom was well fitted and the shower was really poweful, which was pleasing. Overall very happy. The breakfast was quite nice, with good quality ingredients. Two 'even better if' s'. 1) The coffee in the morning was not good. It was dispensed out of a big urn. Not great quality/choice and not hot. 2) squeeky floorboards. I would stay there again. "

"Perfect accommodation! Real home from home. Clean, modern and all the bits you need for a great stay. Even some extra touches like biscuits, toiletries, coffee pods and a full fruit bowl! Location is perfect and onsite parking. Check in was seamless and straight forward. We’ve previously stayed in another apartment in Lytham near by which we loved but this one tops it!
