"Really nice greeting when we arrived, communication was great, as we were arriving later on in the evening. Room was clean and very quiet, so got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was continental and covered all the bases."

"Everything was excellent. There was one issue with a noisy water pump that was fixed promptly as soon as we brought it to our host's attention. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southport. Parking would possibly be a little tight if all the spaces were in use and your vehicle was large. Location is good: quiet but within easy walking distance of town. Eateries very close indeed."

Got a little upgrade to the garden facing room which was nice. Breakfast was cooked fresh, little full English with toast available for a supplement of £5. "Sue on reception was absolutely fantastic. My only other comment is that the hotel used to have a gym and swimming pool, but these were apparently closed during the pandemic but never reopened."

"They advise there is a restaurant. But fail to mention in the info that it is closed Monday and Tuesday. Be aware if you book for a Monday and Tuesday stay."
