"The highlight of our stay in Rotorua was the Black Swan. Clean,

, beautiful location. Friendly staff. We sat on the balcony of our room and watched the steam from the geysers across the lake fill the quiet morning air with steam. A magical moment. The gardens are perfect and the setting is very peaceful and serene. A special mention goes to Jason, the day manager. He is friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. "
