"The rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable and the hotel has recently been refurbished from its recent past life as a college dormitory. All worked as it should. It felt safe. It’s kind of a Byzantine layout between stairs/elevator and hallways, but it’s fine. Only minor complaint is that the walls are thin and I could hear TV and voices throughout the night. Also there is no way to adjust hearing/fan within the room so I couldn’t have the fan drown out sounds."

"The rooms are spacious but too dark. The main source of light is the window on the interior lobby so you have to choose between having enough light to read versus having everyone see you in your pajamas. I've never been in a hotel where they charge you $250 up front as an "incidentals deposit" after you've already paid the whole night's stay on Expedia, and don't give you the money back for another week. All the staff were nice and helpful, though."

"Only one elevator was working. On second floor so took stairs up and down. Stairwell needed a cleaning. Window did not open in room while other rooms had functioning windows. We should have switched but it was a late arrival with an early exit."

"The bar was so incredibly convenient and helpful open late at night to come down for a snack and a drink. Staff was friendly and had a pleasant demeanor. Pairing a device for streaming was difficult but tv viewing was still possible. Very limited space so pack light lol! Great location, easily accessible, parking garage close by which was convenient. "

"All the amenities were excellent. The breakfast was fresh, the room was clean, the staff was professional and friendly, and the shuttle to the hospital was truly a life saver. Our shuttle driver, Alan Montalvo, was especially kind and friendly. Great experience all around."
