The quiet hours were not honored, even though there were billboards advertising it everywhere in the hotel. The weekend of our stay there were many families/teams staying there for a local hockey tournament. They made noise well into the night. They completely took over the lobby and restaurant area socializing well past quiet hours. There were times where kids were seen running up and down the hallways unattended by adults. Every morning we woke up to music blasting from the lobby during breakfast hours. The music started as early as 5 AM. That’s unacceptable. The room was clean but when we first let ourselves in at check in, the heat was on and the room temp was set at 78. It was too hot to even stay in the room at first. The women’s bathrooms off of the lobby were gross. There were sanitary napkins etc. bulging out of one of the garbage receptacles in a bathroom stall. One other important thing - there is a huge bubble in the carpet in the main hallway right outside room 444. I kept tripping on it. This should be fixed stat as someone could really get hurt.
