Our plan was to stay one night. The baby had an early appoinyments at children so we wanted to stay and get up,have a good breakfast and go about our day. They told us they open at 6 and we waited but it wasn't open. We had to leave without breakfast. It made our day longer, which just made us sad. Clean hotel and staff was always around so that was good. Just no breakfast for our long day 😞

The front desk guy was super unfriendly and not welcoming. The room was good and the dinner in the restaurant downstairs was very good and Susana, our waitress, was excellent. The continental breakfast in the restaurant was terrible - sorry, but it was! For the price it should have been excellent!

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I had been warned about the cost of breakfast so I was prepared for that. We found several little places within walking distance to eat and when we did dine at the hotel, it was very good.

Awesome location. Very close to Brookline downtown and T and a bus stop. All in less than 10 mins walking distance. The downtown area has many restaurants, cafes and interesting shops. We took T (green line) to go to Boston and Prudential Center. We took a bus to go to Harvard Square. You can use Apple Pay for all the public transportation (no need to get tickets.) There is a nice pond/park across the street from the hotel for a nice morning walk. Also, the room was super clean and quiet at night. We had a room with two queen beds. It was very spacious for our family. I was worried about parking, but there is a parking garage across the street that charges $25 per day which worked out perfectly. Overall, really satisfied!
