"The gentlemen that I spoke to was not kind and criticized everything he did not explain things and was cynical and very rude . When you are asking for information he tells you read the emails . When you mention you don’t have access to internet and it does not show he you to read again and speaks to you in a condescending way . The apartment is not quiet and the area is not safe at all . TO AVOID not worth it at all !"

"I had an early flight at Logan so I slept here for the night. The place was super clean, the bed was nice. They had a fan on the ceiling and an extra fan which I appreciated. The bathrooms were really nice. I was able to park in the back, but there was also plenty of street parking. There was some confusion with my room number when checking in and the host responded immediately."

"Parking was not easy. It was advertised as free parming and the explanation made it seem simple enough but finding free street parking in the area is not easy and you co stantly have to move your vehicles."

"Rooms look very tired and outdated. There was a hole in the chair. But otherwise facilities was great. Use of common area is an excellent idea. I couldn't use most of the facilities as l arrved late and left before 5am. It would have been great if they offered a packed breakfast for people leaving before 0600. Air-Conditioning was effective and room was clean."

"I didn’t love the surrounding neighborhood but the room was great exactly what we needed for a quick trip into the city. Keep in mind the only parking available to guests is valet and it’s $55 a night in addition to a $200 hold placed on your card at Check-in for “accidentals”."

"Our 3 day stay was wonderful and the front desk was very helpful with determining how we would be traveling downtown! The city of Boston is very walkable and we were only 1.3 miles from Fenway. The area felt very safe for walking and our stay was fantastic!"

"The manager was very nice and helped me out in a couple of ways. The staff were either unempowered or disinclined to take any action to help, always telling me to call back at some future time (late checkin, guest parking). My flight got me to the hotel at 10:30 a.m. but early checkin was declined, so I sat in the business area for two hours before coming back out to ask if a room was ready, and it was. The breakfast options were limited, and both types of juice that I tried were noticeably...
