"Instructions for exact location were ambiguous. We arrived looking for the exact address and it took a few minutes to find the right door. There are several businesses at the same address and so there was some cony. This could have been pointed out to avoid such an issue . The apartment was large, spacious and clean. The heating system was not able to be controlled so the entire two days, we were too warm and so uncomfortable. For the washed clothes, it was advantageous. The tv did not work...

"Excellent location with great view overlooking the Piazza Vecchia! Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Clean and comfortable apartment. Thankfully, the bedroom was at the back of the apartment where you were away from the noise of the crowds in the piazza in the evening. Only recommendation is to get lighting in the entrance hallway off the piazza."
