Everyone was very helpful with our limited Italian. Breakfast was delicious. We felt very safe and lots of dining options within a five minute walk.

The location is great in the city center near the train station. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Fresh breakfast.

Poor staff attitude at the check out service

The overall journey was great. Good location, quiet, clean and great check in service and experience. Unfortunately, the checkout experience was poor. The staff attitude wasn’t right and gave me a bad feeling at the end (no greetings, no explanation for the check out process, no feedback request).

Clean hotel close to the train station

The hotel was clean and close to the train station so is easy to get to. The breakfast had a good selection of sweet and savory options. I was able to check in early which was much appreciated, but maybe because they didn't have time to fully prepare the room, one minor issue was that it seemed like they forgot to put all the bed covers on top of the bed so I had to sleep under a thin sheet, which was OK given the AC could be adjusted to keep the room comfortable. Nonetheless, overall I had a good experience at the hotel.

Staff is very friendly and courteous. Multi-lingual. Breakfast buffet had a very large selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, breads, yogurts, meats and cheeses. Best scrambled eggs. The hotel is in a strange spot, the driveway to the hotel is not obvious, there is a public parking deck entrance in front of the hotel, and the actual hotel entrance is below street level. Hotel parking is behind the hotel, accessible by foot by walking along the garbage bin areas. No parking spot is guaranteed. Rooms are very small and dark, hallways are poorly lit. Built in closet and drawers.

Comfortable hotel, located close to a nice range of dining options, which was very convenient. Uncomfortable access to the property and lack of signage was a problem to find a way to park the car. Friendly staff, clean rooms and soundproof windows a plus as the hotel is located on a busy street.

Slightly disappointed Friendly staff, nice room, small but comfortable room Negative points no restaurant, although a good continental breakfast in the morning no kettle in rooms for tea / coffee I was also in a room facing the road which was very noisy could do with having better sound proofing for the windows

Discreto hotel in posizione centrale

Lati positivi: buona colazione, letto molto comodo, posizione centrale e vicina alle stazioni dei mezzi pubblici. Lati negativi: camera piccola e arredata per una persona anche eravamo una coppia, probabilmente ci hanno dato una camera singola.
