Clean and quiet with great roof terrace for breakfast. Room was strangly designed with insufficient storage. Cocktail bar was closed during our stay. Poor design of shower. Difficult not to flood the floor.

excellent venue..we booked the "superior room" and we (my wife and I) were pleasantly surprised at a full length shower and modern clean hotel room. we received the breakfast buffet as part of our deal (20 Euro if you didn't get a deal) which was on the 7th floor a roof top view of Rome ..the staff was very friendly and spoke English and reserved a taxi to the airport and guaranteed its arrival as we were worried based on the taxi strike the day before which left us stranded at FCO Airport. we had dinner in the roof top restaurant and it was excellent. The next day the Taxi driver arrived on time and only charge us 55 Euros for the trip..all in all I would recommend this hotel for a night stay in Rome

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Very comfy beds. Great shower. Well located. Trastavere is a brilliant location. Good restaurants. Would recommend.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. There are restaurants nearby and we were able to walk to all the sites we went to. The only negative was we had to ask for shower gel and conditioner - obviously not major issues but would expect them to be there.

We walked everywhere and had a lovely time. Staff and rooftop restaurant and bar were an added bonus for tired travellers and the view was quite lovely. I would recommend this hotel for travellers looking for a quiet and walkable neighbourhood that has an authentic Italian feel to it. We enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay! Room was not ready when we arrived but we were upgraded because of delay. Room was nice and airy. Neighborhood is safe and welcoming. Gelato steps from hotel. Wonderful restaurants within minutes. About a 30-40 minute easy walk to main landmarks. Would definitely stay here again. Far from the tourists but close enough for comfort.

We had a great experience with this hotel back in July of 2023 so we have decided to book it again this year. The experience was quite different. The cleaning team is incompetent and not motivated to do a good job. Towels are dark grey - overused and disgusting. We found used towels folded and put back on the rack as clean. So much change downhill in just one year. It is a pity.

We loved our stay, the beds are really comfortable, it is in a safe location and walkable to lots. Ubers were easy to get as well. The customer service was great and they were helpful in helping us get around the city.

Nice hotel, in walkable distance to everything in the Trastevere area. Our room was small and really no place to open a suite case other than on the floor near the door. Even with that I would recommend this property.

Excellent stay will definitely return! Just one thing that threw me off was that I requested balsamic vinegar (on the side) for my salad and they refused to send it up with my room service order. They stated “it would ruin the flavor of the tomatoes and burrata”. I appreciate the concern, however, I know what my palate can tolerate. If I am paying for it, what does it matter? As a result, I didn’t order another item from the restaurant during my stay. Otherwise, great stay!

Family suite is excellent choice for parents 2 teens - one main door then into entrance way with 2 further separate rooms, each with own en suite. Gives a bit of independence & privacy whilst keeping everyone together. Comfortable beds, quiet, effective air con, clean. Great part of town with amazing places to eat - try Rigone just around the corner. Hotel breakfast fine & functional. Staff were lovely and helpful. Can walk to main attractions or short taxi ride. Good to be away from big crowds here. Very happy!

Exit the property and you’re walking through the streets of Trastevere where you’ll find lots of bars, dinning options, and shops. The hotel is also close to bus & tram stops making it easy to get around to other parts of Rome. The staff was amazing, they were all Friendly & helpful.

I loved the area (Trastavere), with loads of great restaurants nearby and some excellent food tours. The hotel was beautiful and we were given a free room upgrade due to the hotel having some capacity, which was a lovely touch.

Excellent location, away from the busy tourist filled central Rome but only 10 to 15 minutes in a taxi. Many good restaurants within walking distance to hotel.

Great area for food lovers. We walked everywhere great restaurants. Hotel very good, clean large bedroom quiet at night outside. Fab shower and toileteries. Staff very helpful and friendly. Slow checkin but no fault of the one receptionist who was trying to answer calls, compensated for the wait! Rooftop bar brill but too cold on our visit. Bars within a couple of minutes walk. Much of this area seemed to be over run with graffiti which does make it look a little run down, but it’s the same throughout not just around this hotel. We were asked for a credit card and €150 for security, taken off at the end of the stay but no mention on hotel site. If you take the taxi from the airport the Roma are €50, make sure you ask as the first one I asked said €60 as it was Sunday, next one was €50. it’s on the side of the taxi provided you are staying in the city walls.

It’s a nice hotel. It smells lovely and is clean. The walls in the rooms are covered in scuff marks from luggage. I get it but it makes the room feel dirty. A once over with a Mr. Clean eraser will make a huge difference. They give you one bottle of water and a bottle of wine. Personally, I would prefer more water. There were two of us I the room and we only got one complimentary water for three nights. We had to leave for the airport before breakfast and they gave us a bagged breakfast. It was just a bunch of packaged food and a few fruits. No coffee! That was a disappointment. The location is great and walkable to all the sites. Take advantage of the Trastevere dining and nightlife. It’s very nice.

The room should have been stocked better with the cleaning ladies. For example, we don’t have shower gel ( it wasn’t refilled) so luckily I had my own but it should be checked and restocked every time the room is clean. Not enough toilet paper. They should give more. We had to use tissues.
