You had to go down 12-15 steps to get to check in desk and elevator. Bathtub was very slippery and almost fell a few times. Wouldn't get in/out of bath/shower without help of spouse. Walls were not well insulated. Hotel was very centrally located to Termini and Republicca stations, bus stops, restaurants, and shopping. Very nice breakfast choices.
Staff were brilliant, guiding us via map on the sites and providing ‘skip the line’ tickets.
