Rome stay

Great place in a really convenient location. Easy walking access to sights, transport and cafes. I had an easy check-in with comprehensive instructions that were easy to follow. Great communication throughout as well made for a good stay. A hidden gem.

Das Zimmer war super neu renoviert und sehr gemütlich. Vor allem das Bett waren gemütlich, dass man daran gut schlafen konnte. Jeden Tag wurde sauber gemacht wenn man wollte und die Handtücher gewechselt, was den Komfort erheblich erhöht hat. Der Wasserdruck war auch richtig gut und die Dusche war auch sehr neu und sauber. Ein paar Ablagen haben im Bad gefehlt, aber das hat dem Ganzen keinen Abbruch getan.

First we arrived and the floor was flooded with water bc the cleaning personal was not closing something next to the toile where u get water out from. We were first thinking it’s not a big problem, things like that happen. We contacted the host valentina, she came by herself and fixed everything. Unfortunately later we figured out we had not shampoo in the shower so the cleaning service was not really effective The real issue we experienced was the evening next day around 8 or 9 PM. An alarm was ringing really loud and out of nowhere that caused a shutdown in the electric system. That happens twice in a row. It’s needed to say that the doors are not lockable from the inside and when the power supply goes out the doors can be opened from the outside because the lock ist out of service so it left us unprotected. On the other hand we want to highlight that the host Valentina was very nice

La chambre saint suite est juste parfait idéalement situé à 2 min du métro avec petite supérette à proximité pharmacie et une super gelato. La chambre et très bien décoré et confortable Le ménage est fait chaque jour parfaitement ! L’hôte Valentina hyper sympathique et elle parle un peu français. Séjour génial !! Gracie mille

Fantastico

Camera da soggiorno molto piacevole e nuovamente ristrutturata. Luogo conveniente vicino alla metropolitana, pieno di ristoranti carini e super mercatini. Valentina è stata fantastica per il check in e il check out. L’unico spunto per miglioramento sarebbe un po’ più chiarezza scritto nel hotel riguardo le ore di pulizia.
