Staff were fantastic, room was always clean. Wish there were more plug sockets though, one for an entire room doesn't cut it.

I thought the location would be closer to Roma Termini, but it took well over 10mins to walk there, especially with suitcases. The breakfast will be brought into your room, so be careful of what you’re wearing! Room was spacious, as well as the bathroom. One thing I request is for the hotel to notify us beforehand that the city tax is only available in cash, as other hotels had, or allow credit. As it was our last day, we had to work our schedule around finding an exchange place. Although it did work out in the end, the manager was only at the hotel until 3, so that also made it very difficult. Would definitely recommend adding what’s app if you’re going to check in late.

La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, lo malo fue que si no llegas a tiempo antes de las 3:30 ya no encuentras a nadie para hacer el check in, no tiene lobby al entrar así que tienes que timbrar para que te abran y nadie nos abrió, si no es por otros huéspedes de ahí que nos abrieron no entramos, las almohadas y cobijas huelen a sudor de otras personas, el colchón si es muy cómodo pero los olores no muy bueno, en la mañana que nos despertamos para bañarnos pues que no había agua caliente, y fuimos al lobby a avisar y pues no hay nadie que te ayude si no hasta las 7:30 que llegan los encargados, así que nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría en diciembre!! Me decepcione que la gente dice que es un hotel magnífico y nada que ver :(

Relais Forus Inn Rome-Location & Service Great
The hotel was located in a great area with restaurants, metro stations, bars and attraction within walking distance. The room we stayed in was a little small for 2 people, had a balcony facing the interior of the building, tv, small fridge, and nice bathroom. An elevator is available, however there are about 5 steps before reaching. Staff was very attentive and helpful. However, there was no noise cancelling materials from hearing activities and/or people outside of the room. A light breakfast is served for a price. Hotel areas kept clean. Overall, stay was perfect for the price and area stayed.
