Regio rates!
Location very good for our short stay in Rome; sightseeing and Ryder Cup Golf. Within 10 minute walk to main train station and metro if required, (needed for the golf). Friendly restaurants on doorstep. The towels could have been better and a lightbulb needed changing in the room. Otherwise comfortable base.

Bathroom had tub with holdable shower head, very difficult to shower with no curtain or barrier- entire bathroom got wet including toilet paper roll. Bed was okay, not uncomfortable, not comfortable. Only 3 pillows in the room. Could have complained about these things, but only thete a couple of days waiting ti go hkme, so didnt bother. Overall not a luxury hotel and not horrible, a good solid place to stay fir the price.

Exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very close to Termini and the air condition was turned on the whole time which was great. Very nice classical room. The bed however was not very comfortable.

Beds need updating
This is a great mid range hotel, great location to everything. Not much to look at outside but the inside is well maintained. But, the beds and pillows are horrible. It seems so much attention is paid to how everything looks, when what the average person will always insist on when traveling is a good nights sleep. Which, of course, needs a good bed and pillows. Neither the beds or pillows even come close to acceptable.

It was a great affordable place to stay in Rome. Super cute rooms and balcony. Great service and very close to the train station as well as the bus terminal. Prime location for getting around Rome by foot or transit

I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is opposite a mini market and shop which is handy for getting essentials for a good price. The hotel room itself was quite small. I could not fit on the toilet without my back hitting into the sink (not fat). The bath has a shower head on it but have to hold it in one hand and wash with the other due to how low it is situated. The bidet is so close to the toilet and bath that I could not stand out of the bath to dry myself in the bathroom. On the bath I had issue changing it from the bath tape to shower as the cap broke twice before working .The air conditioner was really good at this hotel and would come back to a really nice cool temperature. With the amenities you get a shower cap and bar of soap. It would be better if shower gel would be included. The room was clean and kept tidy. For the price of the hotel in rome it is good with its location, but lacks quality.

Maybe one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in
The breakfast was decent - that's about where the good stopped. The thermostat was backwards, so we spent a night baking. There wasn't enough water pressure to keep the showerhead going, so taking a bath was pretty much our only option - the trouble with that was that there wasn't enough hot water to even get close to filling a tub. Stay somewhere else - anywhere else.

We were supposed to stay at the Regio, but a day or two before our arrival, we were transferred to Hotel Archimedes, one of the companies hotel. We were two short blocks away from the Termini, the main train station in Rome. The rooms were spacious, clean, with free free wifi. The breakfast was ample and delicious. We could walk down to the Roman Forum and Coliseum, or anywhere where a bus or metro went. Buy the tickets at a tabbaci stand. You can't buy them in the bus anymore due to Covid. This hotel was fantastic, so where the receptionists.

Overall, a good stay. However there are few small things i missed: 1. The floor is tiled. During winter it is rather cold. 2. There is no curtain in the hot tub. You are having shower and flooding the half of the room. 3. Blankets and pillows: very basic. I would not mind to have a better blanket plus an additional pillow (there are only 3). 4. Breakfast: no eggs. I know for somebody it looks like a silly complaint, but i can't just eat pies and cookies for breakfast. There are really small things, but all together makes me think next time whether i should try a next-door hotel. It looks like. Staff was professional and well organised. The room was clean.

the rooms are very small and not well divided. For example I was in Milan at B&B Hotel and stayed in a room of the same size but very well divided. In Regio Hotel I lost things. Also the bed was not comfortable.

The property is located so easy access to all sites in Rome, is a 10 minute stroll to the Train Terminal where you can go where you want.If you go to the Colloseum get a fast track ticket 12 euros it will save you time queuing buy from the booths under the white gazebos.

Hotel is good and the staff is nice I had a room at the corner the wifi couldn't reach this room they moved me the second day to another room unfortunately the internet reached the door only apparently the router couldn't reach rooms on the corner. We liked the fact that we had a bath in our bathroom. When you have walked all over Rome it’s nice to have a soak. Hotel was very good, helpful staff, good central location neat the Termini Railway Station. The only downside was that the bed was extremely hard & uncomfortable.

We enjoyed the large terrace off of our room. The room is small but has everything you need. It is only 2blocks from Termini Station which is perfect for catching the train. This is our second visit to Rome and our second stay at this hotel.
