The hotel was nice but some Reception Staff was not Helpful when you are in need of Urgent Assistance.

One of the worst hotels we stayed on.Out dated bathroom and dusty room. Shower and taps need to be fixed. Slippery glossy tiles in the bathroom.Heater in the bathroom was not working. The noise of the other rooms can be heard, so it was disturbing during sleep hours. Fridge not working, and was not even fixed even we told the staff about it. No kettle but managed to borrow. Small elevator but it was situated in the 1st floor. Lifting our luggage for few steps was not convenient either for us. Staying for 3 nights with family and kids was not worth at all. Wont recommend either.

Very comfortable mattress in well decorated room
Great boutique hotel close to Termini but on a quiet street, and between 2 Metro Stops, Termini or Castro Pretorio. I love a firm mattress and this was one of the best! Reasonably priced, will definitely return!
