This hotel is fabulous. It is in a perfect location near the Spanish Steps and also the Trevi Fountain. The staff were amazing providing a local map & assisting with getting to and from the best places to see. You will not be disappointed, lovely hotel.

Stayed 6/26/25. Stay was great for one night. Quad rooms were spacious and fitting for 4 people. Hotel staff was great from start to finish. Helped arrange transfers from airport and to port. Transfer was reasonable and timely. Great staff when ch made a great night stay!

Very friendly staff, wonderful location, excellent room service. We gave them 5 stars, but there could be improvement. Our bed was two twin beds placed together, and we would get stuck in the crack in between.

Lovely hotel. In perfect location to walk to everything. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by. Staff all super friendly and helpful. Only downfall if I had to say was the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor (told staff and they gave lots of spare towels to clean up). Apart from that it was amazing! Would highly recommend this hotel and would visit again.

Historical building in a great location

Location is superb, walking distance to the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and a metro station. Room was small but it was clean. I do wish they restocked the tea and add tissue. I saw some complained about the elevator but for me it was the best part, very unique, I loved it. Check-in staff was super nice and helpful and the hotel offers free tours around the city!

Great service! We stayed in this hotel for one night after our return to Rome before our flight the next day. A unique building, which we liked. Service is a 5 out 5. Every staff member was exceptional. The issue comes down to room itself. The fan in bathroom dus not work. Shower door is half the length of the opening so the bathroom floor gets soaked. Coupled with no functioning fan, one ends ip with a very soggy, humid bathroom. Walls are thin. You can hear a pin drop and everything from nearby rooms. Construction was likely going on nearby and that was disruptive. Windows are not sound proof. No hooks to hang things. Location close to metro, that is a plus. Hot water and pressure excellent. Staff was excellent. If i could give a rating to the staff again a 5 out of 5!

We arrived at 10 am from a 12 hour flight. The room wasn't ready until 3 pm. However the staff was friendly and helpful, they keep our luggage and allow us to change clothes. The room was clean. The location is perfect and close to transportation and attractions. There is no outlets to charge cell phones or plug electronics. You need to request an adaptor from the front desk. Overall , we had a great experience and highly recommend The City Palace.
