Elegant and quality breakfast

Perfect in all aspects. Parking place free im front of the Hotel, great facilities. It's not new but is still very modern and classy. Very good breakfast, very kind staff. Easy to reach , city cebter is just 20 kins by car. I'll be back there when ill be in Rome flying from both Ciampino and Fiumicino.

The property and staff were wonderful! And I loved the gym, spa, and cafe next door! The front desk staff spoke english, and the breakfast was excellent. Only trouble was as expected...the location...it's a bus to the metro to get to downtown, mostly 2 metro rides...so each day was a bit of a slog. Limited food within walking distance of the hotel, but it met our needs. The neighborhood looked worse to American eyes (unkept yards, graffiti) than I expect it actually was. But, that meant it was half the price or lower from city center properties

Hotel All Time Relais & Sport in Rome offers modern, well-appointed rooms with contemporary decor and comfortable amenities. However, the staff was not very informative and did not mention any of the amenities upon arrival. The hotel is quite far from the center of Rome, which might be inconvenient for those wanting to explore the city's main attractions. Additionally, the amenities are shared with the public and are not exclusive to hotel guests. Despite these drawbacks, the location provides good public transport connections.

Staff seemed worked too hard; over night crew seemed to be inconvenienced by late check in. Facilities were an old apartment building (maybe hospital?) that was converted. Area the hotel was in was awful. 4 star rating made my standards too high.

Spa is a community center. Didnt use it because they wanted to keep my passport. Couldnt get a refund even though I paid extra for it. The reason was for the locker and the locker is mandatory. The buffet was cheap and lacked options. The people at the restaurant located within the community center were cold, rude and unhelpful. Impression left was that they didnt want tourists. We speak Italian and they were still cold compared to the warmth and hospitality we are used to in Italy. The door between the two places was broken making it slightly difficult to commute. The distance is short. We appreciated our room being ready, but towels had an awful smell. They smelled like they were put back wet. The air conditioner is controlled by front desk. Breakfast was a tiny extra smell crossant, a apple, juice box and bottle of water. There was one small bottle of water per person in a room. We just used the room one night to wait for our flight. I booked because fhe spa gave us something to do. Instead I watched my downloaded netflix shows. Tv only has italian channels. I would not suggest this hotel for a lay over unless it is the cheapest you can find.
