They treated us like VIPs as soon as we walked in the door with Prosecco and water, maps and great dinner recommendation. Lovely room, comfy bed, meticulously clean. Wonderful stay!

Very nice modern hotel convenient for all the main attractions. On a busy road but well insulated and every member of staff was very welcoming. Only negative points was the air con was noisy for a day but quiet mostly and the bathroom door made a squeaking sound and needs oiling! Breakfast was good. Would stay again

This was my second time staying at the H10 and the service and location is great. Being able to walk to all of the major landmarks is super convenient. The property itself is well taken care of and you cannot beat the rooftop and it’s pretty much 360 views of the city.

Best Boutique Hotel in Rome
We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is centrally located in walking distance to the Fontana Di Trevi. The room was super clean, beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. The provided all toiletries and super powerful hairdryer and two large bottles of water daily. Our room had a Nespresso machine with coffee and cream as well. The rooftop bar was a great place to meet up in the evening and watch the sunset over the Collesium. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms and hallways all look fantastic and the personel are all very accommodating. The elevator is small and the air conditioning is abysmal. The thermostat would let you change it to 20 Celsius but it always changed back to 23 Celsius. I don't think it ever got to either. We weren't staying at a particularly hot time of year so we managed to limit clothing while sleeping, but I would be cautious if I was staying in the heat of the summer. My brother was staying in a room on a different floor and his was equally inept.

The rooftop terrace is wonderful although the room service food is dreadful but breakfast is wonderful Staff service was inconsistent. For example, after being gone all day we came home to a room which had not been cleaned.The bellmen were always attentive and friendly and very helpful. i loved the full length windows and the fact the drapes overlapped so the room stayed completely dark.

Rooftop worth it, not so much other stuff
I wanted to stay here because of the rooftop and the rooftop made this experience - the views are beautiful especially at sunset. The hotel itself is aptly located amidst all of the touristy stuff. It’s clean and pretty. Darryl at the front desk was helpful but only saw him once :( Now the cons - rooms are extremely small so be prepared for that. Our shower didn’t work when we got there, which was fixed same day but still; a fuse blew out and we had to wait for it to be fixed the next day; the front desk convinced us to add on breakfast to the room (50 euros for two), which was completely not worth it since there’s a cafe not too far from the hotel where we got bfast for two for 25 euros. When we accidentally missed bfast on the first day, the front lady was not helpful in reapplying the credit to drinks or something else; I have a charge on my card outside of the final payment so honestly all of this stuff was a headache. Hopefully your experience isn’t as crummy.

STAFF were very accomodating and helpful in all sense. The bar was excellently packed with nice wines and cocktail drinks. The rooftop view was fantastic. Awesome breakfast not to mention. Rooms were clean and mattresses are new. Very close to almost all that you need to see in ancient Rome. Great restaurants mearby. Easy access to your transportation need; metro, taxi and bus.
