Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s also in a very good location and only 5-10 minutes away from most of the main attractions of Rome.
Downsides were black mould in the bathroom, and shower fittings literally hanging off the wall.
Also, the receptionist attempted to charge me for the whole stay on arrival, even though I had already paid well in advance. I then had to stand there for 5 minutes while he called his boss to work out whether I’d paid.
