Fabulous stay

Fabulous stay excellent location close to Termini. Stefanos was a great host and very welcoming. Lovely room with a great balcony. It was handy to have a fridge and our towels were changed daily which was a bonus. Overall a fantastic stay woukd highly recommend ☺️

Locate between Roma Termini and Vittorio Emanuele, which is very convenient for transportation and varieties of dinning options. We encountered transit strike during our stay and faced issues to reach cruise terminal. The host went above and beyond to help us with options and even make calls for us to arrange transportation.

A good place to stay

We had a pleasant stay, Stefano was very helpful and the place is overall clean, everything worked great and the location is close enough to the terminal to enjoy its benefits, but far enough that you don’t listen to all noise that comes with it. The only issue we had on the last day is that the bathroom was not flushing, but overall a good experience a

Stefan our front desk host was very friendly .. hotel was super clean .. Stefan was able to arrange for pickup and driver to take us to and from airport, which was very helpful bc it was our very first time in Rome .. I would stay again !!

Stefano and the team were really nice and made us feel welcome :) We were especially happy about the location! Literally 10mins away from Termini station and even the colleseum! The only downside was the pillows...they really need replacing

It's a well-situated place but the walls are too thin. I was able to hear the upstairs' neighbors arguing, laughing and watching TV noises. It is near the Roma termini which is a plus! Great room, nice staff and service. If you are a deep sleeper, it is a perfect place to stay.

The location is clean and well located, but there are a few issues that could be improved, among which the furniture of the rooms or the bathrooms. A nice place, but not spectacular.

The room and installations were very good. The attention by Stephan was beyond excellent, he was very accomodating at check time and was extremely helpful. Also the room was huge and the bathroom seemed recently renovated and looked great. The only issue may be with the television service, as they use SkyTV and is very choppy, dont know if the antenna is not configured correctly, but it was just a minor thing compared with the value for the room.

The room was spacious and clean and the host was very helpful. The lack of elevator would be challenging for some and the shuttle to the cruise ship is very expensive. The main train station however is within walking distance and you can get to the cruise terminal easily from there. We were also able to walk to see many of the sights like the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum.
