La habitación olía a humo, wifi una noche entera sin funcionar y lo peor de todo, la persona al teléfono de la recepción nos quiso dejar en la calle ("vuelve mañana me dijo") por no haber avisado que llegamos 1 hora y media tarde después del horario check in, 21:50. Tras varios minutos rogando que nos dejara quedarnos por teléfono, nos dijo que enviaría a alguien a abrirnos la puerta, y que pagaríamos 15 euros extra. Si nos lo hubiera dicho desde el principio nos hubiéramos ahorrado el mal rato de pensar que nos quedábamos en la calle.

Don't book this hotel. False Advertisement!!

Do not stay at this hotel. It advertise that it has AC and WiFi but it didn't. My family had to endure 90 degree heat in the middle of a heat wave. The hot water was unstable and so is the water pressure of the shower. We suffered while we were there! I give 0 star to this poor hotel in terrible condition. Don't book this hotel. The only positive is its location which is very close to Roma Termini.

DO NOT STAY HERE

I’m not even sure where to start. DO NOT BE LIKE ME AND BE NAIVE. I read reviews saying this hotel was bad but I decided to not believe them. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. •BROKEN AC in 100+ weather •Staff was not multilingual like they claimed to be •NO toiletries like they claimed •Room was dirty and we felt gross staying there as well broken electrical covers which were just taped back in place •Bugs found in shower+bathroom area •Shower head was broken so we had to hold by hand whilst showering and water only stayed warm for about 10 mins •Fridge smelled like mold and expired milk which made the whole room smell •Neighboring rooms were smoking inside room which made its way into our room •Hotel was in a shady alleyway with no street lights •Rooms looked NOTHING like the pictures posted •Beds were the stiffest most uncomfortable beds i’ve ever slept in •The elevator was literally a 3x5 foot box which was insanely difficult to fit only 2 people inside and felt like it could collapse at any second All in all staying at this hotel made us both look forward to leaving Rome which is not at all how someone should feel on vacation. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a better hotel.

Comoda la zona, vicino alla stazione Termini (treno+metro). Ci siamo stati x tre notti, la camera era pulita e staff sempre disponibile anche via telefono. Unica pecca l assenza di coperte e pile cariche in qualsiasi telecomando. Per il resto tutto bene, magari anche qualche asciugamano in più non sarebbe male. Consigliato x ragazzi o coppie. Per i servizi offerti il prezzo è adeguato e forse più conveniente rispetto ad altri nella zona.

Very easy check in with kind folks. Room is dated and needed some cleaning. Hot water wasn't working. We just needed a place to lay our heads and quickly jump on train in the morning. This worked great for that.

Vooraf dachten we dat we een hotel hadden geboekt. Bij aankomst bleek het een appartement te zijn dat in vier kamers was verdeeld, hierdoor was er geen receptie of direct contact met de eigenaar. Tijdens het inchecken heeft de eigenaresse Tatiana ons wel veel uitgelegd over de stad en de bezienswaardigheden. Via de whatsapp hebben we contact met haar gehad. Op onze tweede dag hadden we geen warm water, dit was de volgende dag gemaakt. In de badkamer op de lamp boven de spiegel lag een dikke laag stof. Voor een slaapplek was het prima, maar ik ga de volgende keer wel weer voor een echt hotel.

Daire otele çevrilmiş. 4 oda vardı, güzel yanı anahtatımızla girdik kimseyi görmedik. Otel sessiz ve sakin bir konumda. 3 gece kaşdık 2 gece asansör çalışmadı, daire 4.katta. Temizlik hiç yapılmadı, havlular hiç değişmedi, söylememiz mi gerekiyordu bilmiyorum. Tatiana, sahibi çok yardımsever, ilgili. Daha ötesi yok, mutfak yok, internet iyi sayılır. Banyo eski, temizlik idare eder diyelim.
