Very nice and clean hotel with a wonderful location to everything you need. Good restaurants, services, groceries and Metro.

The card key didn't work, but they gave me a real key. So that was not a problem. Everything else was good.

Work traveller

The room was small and the curtains and floor all had stains on them. The bedding also had red stains on the duvet cover. The room was very warm and the air con didn't seem to work. The bathroom fan would not switch off so that ran all night. There was no plug for the bath and the bath tap didn't work. Service in the restaurant was very slow on the first night and the fish was pretty horrible. Service was much quicker on the second night though and I just ordered chips but they were good!

Bathrooms in rooms had mold. Moved to several rooms during stay because air conditioning did not work or was extremely loud. Staff in restaurant was unfriendly and clearly hated their jobs. Furniture falling apart. Pictures online of this hotel are not the current conditions.

Bedding was dirty in the room, the carpets were stained throughout the room also. Lamps in the room were also covered in stains looked like somebody had had thrown coffee around the room. Large crack in bathroom mirror also, area around the hotel not very clean with graffiti all around the local streets train station was a 15 ish minute walk along damaged pathways with graffiti everywhere again and very dim dark streets. Not a nice area at all didn’t feel safe walking from train station to the hotel of an evening. Wouldn’t give 4 stars to this hotel if I were to choose I would give 2 stars.
3 nights we stayed and the bedding wasn’t changed but the bed was made up tidy.
